Introducing The Big Poll, a new Amazon Alexa Skill
We are pleased to announce The Big Poll, a new Amazon Alexa skill developed by the TVGuide.co.uk team.
The Big Poll is a simple ‘this or that’ style game. We present a regularly updated series of polls, and all you have to do is vote on your favourite of the options. After that, you’ll be able to see how your vote compares to the rest of the nation.
We love thinking up polls on all subjects, and our existing polls cover themes including food, television, sports and business. New polls are added all the time, so be sure to check back regularly!
The Big Poll is available on all Amazon Alexa-compatible devices, but looks best on screen-enabled devices.
How to play The Big Poll
1. Download The Big Poll on your Alexa-enabled device.
2. Say “Alexa, open The Big Poll”.
3. You will be presented with your first poll, which will ask you to choose your favourite of one of two options.
4. Choose your favourite of the two options by saying A or B.
5. Learn how the rest of the nation voted and a cool fact about the poll.
6. Repeat. Skip any polls you don’t like by simply saying ‘Skip’.
7. Come back regularly for more polls and your chance to learn how many agree with you.
