Lauren Goodger is returning to The Only Way Is Essex for good this year
Lauren Goodger has revealed that she has had meetings with TOWIE bosses about her return to the show next year.
Lauren was a cast member when The Only Way Is Essex began back in 2010 and the series has since become a massive success within the UK. Although she later left the series after three years, Lauren has more recently made a couple of comeback appearances, much to the delight of longterm TOWIE fans.
Now, Lauren has revealed talks about a permanent position on the show.
The reality star explained in her column for new! magazine: “I also had a meeting with the TOWIE bosses last week to discuss my role on the show and if I’m happy to stay on, which I told them I am.
“We start filming again in three weeks!”
Lauren will also be appearing on the Channel 5 show In Therapy this evening. The show talks to celebrities about their past and gives viewers a slightly less glamorous insight into their real lives. Kerry Katona, Coleen Nolan, Danniella Westbrook, Katie Price and Gemma Collins have appeared on the show in the past and this time it will be Lauren who bares all.
In particular, she will be revealing details about her relationship with her imprisoned boyfriend Joey Morrison and how she plans to have a baby with him.
Lauren said: “I think he will a good dad (but) people are saying wait until he’s out.
“I want to get married and have children. I want a beautiful household with lots of love and affection.
“I want to have quite a few children, four (or) as many as I can. This is the weirdest relationship ever but it’s exciting and I think that’s what I like.
“Is this the right one? I hope so, it’s how I feel. I like the good qualities in him.
“A bad boy never cheats, they’re loyal, strong, family men – they’ve got a bit of a naughty side to them.”
In Therapy airs tonight (Wednesday) at 10pm on Channel 5.
