Jess Woodley quits Made In Chelsea after six series
Jess Woodley has confirmed her departure from Made in Chelsea next series.
Jess made her first MIC appearance during series nine when she was introduced as a previous love interest of Alex Mytton’s. After staying with the E4 reality series for an impressive six series, the cast member has now decided to call it quits.
Speaking to Star magazine, Jess confirmed that she would be walking away to focus on a career in fashion. She said: “I’m not filming for it. It’s been fantastic and has given me the platform I’ve always wanted, but now I’m focusing on my fashion brand.
“The door’s always open, but I’m working really closely with Rimmel and taking this time to focus on myself.
“Being on a reality TV show was difficult. It takes a lot of time and is mentally challenging. It’s good to reconnect with the real world.”
Jess also remarked on the Binky Felstead and Josh ‘JP’ Paterson pregnancy news, saying: “That baby is going to be so loved.
“It’s a blessing in disguise.
“Binky is going to be a great mum and JP has got a good heart, so good luck to them.”
Last month, Binky and JP made the shocking announcement that they will be expecting their first baby together. Binky told Hello Magazine: “It’s obviously been a huge shock to both of us. This is a new start and a new chapter in our lives. I want to be a little family, to be honest. But I’m going to be ok either way.
“Whatever happens, this baby is not going to be affected.
“And I know Josh will be part of the baby’s life whether we are together or not. We are a unit now.”
Made In Chelsea will return later this year to E4.
